40 year old female presents in regard to her implants lateralizing and desires increased bust and cleavage. She’s had three previous Breast Augmentations done by another surgeon. She wished to have her implants exchanged and the surgical pocket revised. We obtained her desired result by removing both 800cc silicone implants and replacing with 750cc Ultra High Profile Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants with a pocket revision.
