TECHNIQUE: Subpectoral implant placement, “Lollipop” breast lift incision
38 year old female patient presented for cosmetic improvements of her breasts. The patient reports a previous breast augmentation less than one year ago with silicone implants placed subpectoral. Prior to that she had a mastopexy about 3 years ago. Both procedures were done by another surgeon. She has had a history of 3 pregnancies with 3 live births in which she breast fed all of her children. Her complaints were lateralized implants and feeling like they had bottomed out making her breasts appear heavy and saggy. She desired perkier breasts with more volume. She opted to reuse her current implants along with pocket revision.
